Getting On Track
A multi-disciplinary nine-week program for new entrants. These one and one-half hour weekly classes introduce the foundations for establishing and maintaining healthy nutrition and exercise habits. These small group (2 to 18 people) sessions are an ideal opportunity to learn from people with similar experiences, as well as get the weekly support and knowledge needed to help you achieve and maintain your ideal weight. Classes are taught in the SWENDO classroom located in our office.
